A bilateral MPLS Layer 3 NNI was established in 2010 and has since been enabling Cyta and Deutsche Telekom to successfully terminate VPN circuits in each others’ networks. Recently ICSS was able to deliver IP Transit capacity to Cyta’s doorstep in the context of a major IP project.
